CASE STUDY: The Willow Pottery
We were approached by Matt Pasmore at The Willow Pottery to help create an identity for his recently purchased business.
He needed a new brand identity, a logo and a high quality brochure to start to promote their range of award winning products.
We visited Matt in beautiful Somerset to ensure we understood exactly how the Pottery worked and what was needed and discovered Matt had no business materials to show his worldwide customers.
We formulated the sales copy. We advised on a photographic style which Matt was then able to use and take his own images for the brochure at the pottery. The finished work was a great success and surpassed all expectations. We prepared a text free version of the artwork for use by an agent in Japan which helped secure a large order for lots of pots.
Willow continues to grow successfully with the pottery available in Country House shops and quality garden centres as well as the successful new customer in Japan.
Wayfinder signage, labels, business stationery, vouchers and posters to support the pottery were later additions that helped to complete the customer awareness.
