Annex Design Ltd is a full service, boutique design agency based in Bromley and serving clients worldwide. With over 30 years’ experience working with blue chip companies and small businesses alike, we offer a 360° service, taking you from design concept through to delivery.
Founded in 2006 by Ann Watson-Thomas Annex Design has gone from strength to strength and now services a large number of clients from businesses big and small.
As a small team, we provide you with a personalised service – we get to know you and you can be confident that you’re dealing with a highly experienced and creative designer, not an office junior.
We also offer a quick turnaround for your design work, helping you save time and money with your design fees, compared to bigger agencies.
The Annex to your team
Because we’re small and not in-house, we save you money on both your design fees and avoid you incurring unnecessary staff costs. Yet we work with you as if we were part of your team.
You can be certain of always having a highly experienced, creative designer working on your project and, as we’re always connected, we provide you with a speedy yet high quality service. Given our pedigree with blue-chip clients, nothing fazes us!
As a small firm we nonetheless understand the needs of other small businesses and tailor our services to suit your individual needs. We’ll advise on the best options for your design project.
We love working with charities and understand that your budgets are tight. Therefore, we’re pleased to offer a 25% discount to charity clients.
Where we work
We’re based in Bromley and cover the whole of the borough including Beckenham, Chislehurst, Hayes, Orpington and Penge. We also work with businesses in Central and South East London, Kent and Sussex. We will, however, work with businesses anywhere – we have clients based in Scotland and the United States. We’re always connected.
Graham trained as a graphic designer at Medway College of Art and Design. He has over 30 years’ experience working in London design agencies, at IPC Magazines, News International and Sky TV to management level. His portfolio includes designing everything from holiday brochures, national press adverts, storyboarding traditional and digital for TV promos, marketing and promotional print design supporting major television programming.
Always at the forefront of technology, Ann has worked with and trained some of the best in the industry to launch magazines like What’s On TV and national newspapers using Apple systems. Along with Graham, she created the first ever training CD for the Adobe Illustrator software. Ann was also the first ever female layout artist on the Daily Mirror sports desk way back in the 80’s!
On the advice of industry colleagues she started her own design company which attracted a large client base across all areas of design and print, with an emphasis on charities and environmental green awareness. Today, the design demand being met is for work across all platforms, with web design solutions linked to retail campaigns and in-store promotions.
